Referrals are welcome from medical and health practitioners, hospitals, organisations and private individuals.

Occupational Therapy South West services can be provided under insurance schemes, including:
- Motor vehicle injury insurers – ICWA/ Insurance Commission of Western Australia, and other states schemes*
- Workers Compensation*
*note once appropriate referral and approval is obtained invoices are sent directly to the insurer.
Also:
- NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme, registered provider.
- Private health funds – if ancillary services Occupational Therapy cover is included in your policy – a gap payment usually applies.
- Medicare – Enhanced Primary Care plan – following GP referral, a gap payment applies.
- Private fee for service.
